Solar Flood Lights for Access Ramps at Lake Windamere
Client Brief
Lake Windamere Under Canvas Camping Incorporated required lighting for the access ramps at its education centre in Cudgegong. The aim was to illuminate the ramps to support safer access.
Solar Lighting Designs was approached to design, manufacture, supply and install the solution.
Assessment
SLD selected the Venus Solar Flood Light – High Output for the project, pairing the fittings with custom galvanised and powder-coated poles and custom mounting brackets.
The project included:
- Two Venus Solar Flood Lights – High Output.
- Two custom galvanised and powder-coated poles.
- Two custom mounting brackets.
These commercial solar flood lights formed part of the custom pole-mounted solution installed to illuminate the access ramps.

The completed installation provides Lake Windamere Under Canvas Camping Incorporated with dedicated illumination for its access ramps, supporting the centre’s requirement for safer access.
